Woodstock Vermont, and quintessential quaint New England village is best visited during the fall foliage season. The perfect romantic weekend for me would begin after a quick walkthrough of town during the friday afternoon and dinner at Barnard Inn Restaurant & Max's Tavern. Then off to bed at the Applebutter Inn. Breakfast at the lovely Applebutter dining room. Then a trip to the farmers market for lunch supplies at the Woodstock Farmers Market. The day on saturday would be spent hiking many of the local white mountain day hikes, and followed by dinner at Bently's Resturant. With another lovely evening at Applebutter and a wonderful breakfast, and a scenic drive home on sunday. |
